Total in Support offers quality to people with a creative cultural profession, artistic businesses, and cultural institutions operating in the wider cultural sector, by applying a quality policy, a quality system, and process control.

In addition to the way Total in Support exercise quality as an integral part of their trading policy, their quality system has been based and developed on the official and internationally recognised ISO-9002:200. Furthermore, we look at how to maintain and improve our high quality products.

Quality policy

Total in Support´s quality policy is aimed at maintaining an on-going bond with our Client’s wishes. Quality is an integral part of our overall trading policy, which is incorporated within our whole organisation. Our aim is a smooth functioning organisation with an eye for service and support, attained through greater efficiency and productivity.

Quality protocol

Total in Support has a Quality Protocol, agreed and formally set out in a Quality Manual. This Manual is a registration of all activities which will influence the realisation of assignments, and in which processes, tasks, responsibilities, authorisations and documents have been previously set.

Process control

There is a detailed process scheme for all primary processes within Total in Support, in which it is described under what circumstances the process has to advance. Employees are responsible for implementing this scheme and ensuring process continuation. All activities are realised within controlled circumstances and taking into consideration appropriate business resources.
